“Living there is nice and comfortable, the rent is slightly overpriced but air-conditioned, dishwasher, in-suite Landry machines, and so on are pleasant. Maintenance requests are so far treated acceptable time frame and I am happy with that. The sight manager Lara is a hard working woman and she always tries her best. The one star reduction is horrible customer care agents. So far I talked to two agents and both were rude. One of them hung up the phone while I was still speaking. Totally recommend to avoid dealing with customer service agents by phone, instead send maintenance requests through resident portal or email to Lara.”
