“To agree with one of the previous review CJ and Taylor are actually close friends of mine and phenomenal trainers. CJ holds (at time of writing this) the women 47kg bench press record and Taylor has squatted over 600 lbs in competition. They know their stuff and have achieved a high level of accomplishment. Great people and I know for a fact they are always willing to take on new clients when they can! The gym is great, a little far from me but i try to go whenever I can. My coach works out of there and has helped me immensely.”

The classic, “some people never recover.” “If it doesn’t improve we will look into surgery.” Wanseok Choe was not easy on me. He did the charged acupuncture needles, cupping, cracking, full range of exercises. I joke that it was like that rack torture scene from the Princess Bride, but in a good way. Anyways, I saw him regularly, stuck to his exercises and today my back feels better than it did 20 years ago. Sounds corny but it’s true. Just a kind dude too.”
