“We visited this shop, for the first time, late in the day, and there was still a good variety to choose from. This is as spartan a retail outlet as I've ever seen, and that was refreshing. Don't expect church basement prices, but you can pick up a meal for two, for less than $10 (a dozen perogies). They don't skimp on the filling. These are fresh cooked, not frozen, so you can fry them without thawing or boiling. We've tried the sauerkraut, and the potato-cheese, and both were good, and have the cottage cheese left to try.”
