We had searched online and locally for the parts and were thinking to give up when we decided to reach out to EQ3 directly to see if maybe, just maybe they had extra parts for that bed stowed away somewhere. So glad we reached out! They provided us with the long lost manuals and they had the parts we needed which they shipped to us in Toronto (for a fee). So glad we reached out to them.
