“I went in looking for headphones to connect to the TV for my hearing impaired grandmother while being able to enjoy the show myself. Upon walking in, I was asked if assistance was needed and then directed to the area where I could find what I was looking for. I was immediately assisted and the salesman told me which pair of the 2 brands sold were best. I made the purchase, however, after setting them up realized my TV set was not compatible with the headphones. I promptly returned them and was not given any hassle. I would recommend this store. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars only for the fact that they only sold 2 different brands of the headphones.”

“We are extremely happy with our new kitchen and have nothing but good things to say about Joe and Joe. We have a 1940s bungalow in Ferndale and they were prepared for all of the curveballs of an older house. Their suggestions and knowledge made the design process very simple and they were easy to get along with throughout the entire experience. By knocking down a wall they were able to give us more of an open concept, which is now hard to imagine the house without. Besides the new cabinets, countertop, and everything else that goes with a kitchen, they did an amazing job on new hardwood floors through the kitchen and living room. They also cleaned up well at the end of each day, which made living without a kitchen for three weeks more bearable. It was clear from our first meeting that they knew what they were doing, and their workmanship is obvious after looking at the final product.”
