Without her help I probably could not have been able to try it on myself. She overlooked and thought nothing the little bit of blood from the suture area. “JCPenney like all mall stores is under immense pressure from online retailers. This store is trying to do upgrades and other improvements to make their stores more appealing to consumers. Only time will tell if these investments will actually pay off. One thing that would be nice is if they would invest in making their checkout process more efficient and faster overall. Stop telling me about my fake saving. Put it on the top of the receipt. Find ways to lower the number of coupons that force people to search their phones. Find a way to speed up the time it takes to remove security tags. Improve the speed of your technology. Reinvent the hangar to make it easier to remove and make it faster to fold garments. I go to JCPenney when I need dress clothes or have to find sizes for my growing family. I already avoid the competition because of their long lines. JCP is close to losing my business as well because of their long lines. The dressing rooms in this store could also use updating. The staff was courteous and helpful but they were few and hard to find. A reasonably decent shopping experience given the decline of the mall.”

“It's a fine store...nothing special. They have the Bath and Body Works standard stock but nothing super fabulous. We will often visit this location thinking they will have different stock than the Canadian stores. Unfortunately not the case. Staff is always friendly!”

She was very helpful in every way. And very kind. She even looked on the Internet for the item I wanted that the store didn't have. So I ended up getting the color bra I wanted but not the size and because I live quite a ways from the mall she circled the number that will tell any employee exact the item I'm looking for so I don't have to make a wasted trip. “I was in this Goodwill on Saturday Jan 12th, 2019 at about 3:00pm. I also found an item that was clearance from Target (Target donates its dead stock to Goodwills) that was $5.00 & the tag was $7.99. Bc I read the reviews b4 going I seen this happened b4 and I asked the super nice woman working about it. She offered to sell me that item for the clearance price and half off for the mistake. She was so cool, I pestered her about a few "mark ups" behind the counter, some jeans and a purse which she asked if I could tell its Authenticity (Prada & no its wasnt unfortunately). She never got annoyed, she laughed n joked around with me & my hubby. She should be promoted to Assist Manager if she isnt already. So friendly ! Some items are marked up a bit too high in comparison to other Goodwills but it's super organized & clean. I will definitely be back. I also signed up for the mailing list. That is very outdated and wastes paper, my only suggestion is to convert to an email list instead, it will save so much time & money for the store & is also eco friendly.”
