This heat wave is especially hard on elderly. Downey's staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating. We were able to quickly choose the right AC unit over the phone and have it held for pick up. Mom's smile could be "seen" over the phone as she enjoyed the coolness later that same day.

Good supply but line up a to pay way to long not enough cashiers 31 people ahead of me an 25 min to give my money crazy

This is a great hardware store in the Riverview area. The staff here are amazing and certainly know their stuff. They also have local tradespeople to provide advice on customer issues. I haven't required an install yet to comment on their installation services.

Great customer service. The staff are very helpful and willing to find what product you are looking for, I didn't have to ask them they automatically checked the other stores and offered to order the product I was looking for as they had none in stock. Will definitely shop there again.
