“Hello all. I recently came into the jean Coutu store. At the location near kings ice cream. I walked into the store and it was dirty. The store was absolutely ransacked and people standing around doing nothing. I have written this review, and a five star at that because of one worker. Her name was Sydney. Whilst all of her co-workers were goofing of doing jack all, Sydney was working away. she was serving all of the costumers, and was cleaning the store. I'd like this review to get recognition as well as Sydney for her very hard work. Its young teens like her that are going to carry our generation to the next. Have a good day all.”

“I read a lot of the poor reviews and I'm not sure how bad the experience was. I went there to transfer all my prescription, which turned out to be a bit of a hassle. But all associated were very nice and understanding. Turned out to be a pleasant first experience compared to other Jean Coutu I've been.”

“The medication they specialize in is just too expensive; For which I am sure the government is a factor. The problem is, if you have no coverage and little money, can't afford the NB Drug Plan, and are not on welfare or have a "white card", they will send you out the door soon enough. Where does this leave a patient? Back hustling for a dollar to get a pill to avoid that zombie-like withdrawal from the "medication" they have been on for various amounts of time(months-years) and are now physically and psychologically dependent on. Patients who are stable on the medication are not as likely to go out and beg bother and steal to get ten dollars a day for their medications, but when withdrawal and depression kick in post-methadone- who knows what could happen? I am behind in my payments over 100 dollars, and am very soon going to be expelled from the program. What am I to do? 3 years of progress down the drain.”

“Used them twice so far for PCR covid test for travel. Friendly, fast service both times. I messed up my appointment the first time and scheduled it for the wrong day. They were very understanding and accommodating and still did the test right away even though I didn’t have an appointment that day. Will continue to use them in the future if needed.”
