“First time in the North Woods. Great accommodation, friendly, helpful staff. Our three dogs enjoyed it as well! Convenient little cafe-gift shop right below the cabin a lifesaver for an early coffee and breakfast, too! Last morning lost power half way through my shower. Talk about ‘cold shower’! Otherwise, a great stay, looking forward to our next visit next month.”

“This is my favorite NH State Park so far because it was rustic and beautiful and gave me a sense of freedom as I imagine NH should have. The campground is small and well groomed with good access to Diamond Pond. The office staff was good and helped me rent a kayak and plan trips to nearby waterfalls. Showers were clean and easy to access. The pond is not for swimming but offers superb beauty for boats and nature watching. We enjoyed the summer trip and hope to return in the fall or winter.”

“This a nice spot to get in the water! There is a sand beach, picnic tables, portapotty, and ducks. If you want to use a changing room just cross the road! There is a nice clean private building to get the swimmers ready. Who knew this was here on the shore of Back Lack?”
