The salesman, Steven, from the Transit Rd, Williamsville store was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Although I had shopped for a mattress at several other stores, it was the sales experience that convinced me to purchase a mattress and adjustable base from Steven at Metro Mattress.

He was super patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy! He also has reached out to check in on our delivery which is unheard of these days. We also had a great experience with delivery and assembly! Overall, amazing customer service and experience!! Highly recommend!!!
