Sean was great. Got furniture delivered today only to have it taken back because I never measured my ceiling. Piece was 97 inches and my ceiling is 90. Sean recommended getting the Chase instead.

Price was very good. The guys that delivered it were also great! On the down side, I was not told, up front, that it would take 2 to 5 weeks for delivery. Had I known, I would have been prepared and not so irritated when asking for updates. I had nothing to sit on other than a lawn chair, for 5 weeks. The day after delivery I left a message for them to call me. I wanted to see if I could purchase another of the pillows that came with the couch. I never got a call back. I waited a few days and called again but still no call back so I gave up. I wish I could have given 5 stars but those few things are why I gave fewer.
