“My daughter was called by a bill collector at college and bothered about a matter concerning an old cell phone bill. The woman who answered instructed me properly. I just don’t think these officers get the credit they deserve for all the small things that they try to help the residents with. No one is perfect but at least when you call with a question they take the time to try to help be it a small one. They have been kind over the phone and and that’s hard to do in a high stress job. To be kind and not irritable on small matters.”
