Emailed customer service and within a few minutes got a reply. I was thinking it must be an automated reply is it was just too quick! Lo and behold he was an actual customer service rep. No beating around the bush they took care of my problem and the first email.Reading a couple reviews saying that have bad customer service, don't know what they ever did but if that is the case they have improved it dramatically!”
