Buffalo barre is a great workout. I love it because your not soaked in sweat but definitely feel the workout afterwords as if you worked out for hours! The instructors are very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. No class is ever exactly the same. Definitely worth a try, You will love it!
I've been to a handful of classes this past year. Every class was a lot of fun and as a beginner I was able to catch on with some guidance from the instructor. The next day always reveals all the little muscles that were worked on in class. I think it's a great workout!

Every instructor is very friendly and willing to help perfect your form to get the most benefits from each move. There are classes for all levels. I started going to Buffalo Barre over a year ago with a friend. The instructors are tough, but very effective. The classes are easy to sign up for on their website. It's a very clean and friendly environment. I always feel like I've had a great workout when I leave Buffalo Barre. Thank you, Maria.
I have been going to buffalo barre for over a year now and I have noticed a huge change in my body - I am much more tone in my arms and legs and I am a lot stronger then ever before! I also have made some wonderful connections with all the women that not only work here but attend classes. It's never the same twice and it is always a great workout! Love it here!
