I've been training with Fred for about 2 years years now. I needed to prepare for my first college soccer season and I heard about him through a friend. I went from having very little muscle (I could barely balance on one leg) to squatting and lifting more than I ever could. Since starting my training with Fred, I have become a completely different athlete. Fred helped improve my athletic abilities and fixed my diet. He keeps up on all the latest research and incorporates this into his workouts. He has had incredible success rehabbing injuries. Highly recommend his book Feast. Fast. Fit. As well.
