I went from having very little muscle (I could barely balance on one leg) to squatting and lifting more than I ever could. Since starting my training with Fred, I have become a completely different athlete. He knows what he's talking about when it comes to pretty much anything health related (training, lifting, diet, injury, etc.) He creates a personalized training plan for each one of his clients made to suit his/her needs.
