Urban Hikes & Bikes at Chestnut Ridge Park on Saturday, November 10th. The day was amazing! Kim's portion of the day was a presentation on managing stress through the upcoming holidays, and in general. Kim not only helped us to identify behaviors within ourselves that cause stress, she gave us real, practical ideas to deal with the stresses of the season! If you have the chance to attend one of her presentations, or schedule a one on one program with her, I highly recommend it!
