I go here regularly and it’s quick and convenient and the staff is great! Highly recommend!!

I've dealt with alot of customer service people but the customer service I've dealt with today was above and beyond. The woman that helped me (Sonya) went above and beyond to make sure i had all my appointments, made sure i got hooked up with medical transportation , took me to quest and signed me in took me to the pharmacy and called me a cab back home. She was the only one other than the doctor that spoke Spanish and she even downloaded Google translate on my phone so i wouls no longer have issues with my language barrier that's how i wrote this. Please hire more people with this caliber of respect and professionalism.

I am lucky to have found Dr. Jillian Marks at the Blasdell location on a referral from a friend who also was referred to Dr. Marks from a referral! She is amazing, smart, kind, and takes her time with you. I take my mother there and she has been doing exceptionally well since having Dr. Marks as her provider. My two friends whom also see Jillian are doing much better mentally and physically too. I just made my own appointment to get started with Dr. Marks. I'm looking forward to it!! And Jillian if you are reading this please know that word gets around. The health center used to be thought of as a last resort where care was not so great, until you came around. NHC is lucky to have someone like you on staff.

The other upsides are a nice clean atmosphere, and friendly front desk staff!

Now come on Hamburg, go make your appointments with Jillian!! ????

Doctors and physician assistants are great! Wish I could give them 5 stars but I my son had an appointment and at the end the doctor said someone will be back in to give him his shot 45 minutes later I go looking for someone then 15 minutes later someone finally comes in. Then I have appointment I was on time for and it took a hour to get called back and another hour of waiting in the exam room until I was seen. I thought about switching to a new Doctors office but I do like the P.A's there not sure how many times I will put up with that kinda of treatment
