“We recently had a new furnace and AC unit sold and installed by McCallister. Ryan was an incredible salesmen helping with understanding what unit was best for our home while applying no sales pressure whatsoever. We planned on getting several more estimates but I was so impressed by Ryan’s professionalism that we decided the price was extremely fair and purchased in the first meeting. The install we expected to wait a long period but were surprised that within a week they scheduled us! The installation crew showed up and were incredibly professional. We have a very old house from 1860 and once they found several dangerous hazards due to poor installs in the past they went about and beyond putting in new vents and re mortaring our chimney (none of which was in the original estimate they did free of charge) to make sure that my family and I were not in a hazardous scenario for carbon monoxide. They did all of this without saying “well this is more than we expected do you want us to fix this? If so this is what it will cost...” like I’ve experienced in the past. They did a full walk through of everything they did and why and if I could I would rate all 4 of these men well over 5 stars. To the owners of this business I can only say you should be extremely proud of this team. Thank you all for doing well more than you had to and never once trying to take advantage of my family. He arrived when he said he would, was able to assess and recommend the best repair option, and then get the job done start to finish within an hour and a half. He was very knowledgeable, explained the pros and cons of different options open to us, and didn't mind my asking a lot of questions about the mechanics of what he was doing.
