“Abbott Motors service department is the BEST!!! Tim, the Service Manager, goes out of his way to help the customer. I have a 2006 PT Cruiser that started having electrical gremlins. All the service lights would come on at the same time, the gauges started spinning round and round. Then, sometimes the car would stall in traffic. Tim and his crew went above and beyond in tracking the gremlin. They checked every wire, every ground and were relentless in their work. I am so pleased to report that a few days later, Tim phoned me. I dreaded to hear 'we couldn't fix it'. Instead, I was thrilled to hear "your car is ready"! Its been two weeks, and the car is running like new! I have my summer convertible back, and feel like I'm 16 years old again, tooling around town and enjoying the hell out of my mobile! Thanks Tim and crew - you guys ROCK!!!!”
