Customer service here is awesome and the dock workers are awesome too don’t get me wrong. It’s the area. Not a place for semi trucks. B class trucks or “straight trucks” yes but there’s a lot to worry when trying to maneuver into their docks. The fact is you got a low bridge, dumpster, cone(with a cinder block) a steep hill etc. it’s doable I’ll give it that but for future references I️ wouldn’t suggest having a 18 wheeler deliver here when a straight truck can do it. Plus my load was only half a truck or less which is the size of a straight truck. So this could of been avoided. Not worth the stress. Still awesome people though. Also getting here is tough. It’s a residential area yes you saw right residential. So as a trucker that’s an immediate red flag. So future semi drivers coming here be very careful. You can easily hit a pole, or knock down a wire if your not paying close enough attention.
