“I got a handwritten letter today from Buf9 saying they found a ring included in my Amazon return, and they wanted to send it back to me. Taped to the letter was my wedding ring!! Apparently it fell off my finger while I was packing up an Amazon return. I had no idea. There was no phone # for me to call and say thank you, so I just called Amazon and asked them to pass along a message, not sure if it will get through. The return address says buf9 4201 walden ave, not buf 5, but I'm hoping someone sees this and knows how grateful I am, thank you SO MUCH!!!!”

“Park truck walk to security booth.(MUST WEAR HIGH VISIBILITY VEST) Check in. They have overnight parking lot. Lots of space. 10 pallets in and out in 1.5 hours. Great place.”

“Customer service here is awesome and the dock workers are awesome too don’t get me wrong. It’s the area. Not a place for semi trucks. B class trucks or “straight trucks” yes but there’s a lot to worry when trying to maneuver into their docks. The fact is you got a low bridge, dumpster, cone(with a cinder block) a steep hill etc. it’s doable I’ll give it that but for future references I️ wouldn’t suggest having a 18 wheeler deliver here when a straight truck can do it. Plus my load was only half a truck or less which is the size of a straight truck. So this could of been avoided. Not worth the stress. Still awesome people though. Also getting here is tough. It’s a residential area yes you saw right residential. So as a trucker that’s an immediate red flag. So future semi drivers coming here be very careful. You can easily hit a pole, or knock down a wire if your not paying close enough attention.”
