With two kids in tow and car seats that needed to be uninstalled and reinstalled, Mark made what could have been a logistical headache super smooth. I don't like calling a national line or going online - I like to talk to a real person. The car worked great, I just didn't care for that make of car. Overall, a great experience!
(March 26, 2019, 12:19 pm)I have rented from Avis on Lake Ave in Orchard park many times & it's always a good experience. Mark, the owner is always kind & goes out of his way to accommodate. Megan was very helpful also. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will only rent from them.
(December 8, 2018, 5:33 pm)Mark is great as the customer service rep. Always has a wide range of clean cars for awesome prices. Goes above and beyond when it’s last minute rental and always there if you have questions Avis/budget products. I’ve been to other places but Marks services and how well he does is why I’m a continued customer.
