Despite my reservations not showing up at the Buffalo location, I was taken care of here. Quick and easy.
It is a very small business and Mark (I think he's the owner) runs the front desk so be patient and you will receive very good service. Our first time renting from Mark and he provided us with exactly what I requested: a great vehicle to move our daughter -- the Suburban was clean and loaded with lots of helpful features for our drive to Brooklyn. Give it a try!
