“Love Dr.Ball, very thorough with her assessments and testing. Takes time to explain everything. She's very patient, kind, compassionate and professional. My world was crashing from brain surgery that resulted in hearing and balance nerves cut. I had terrible tinnitus and was highly sensitive to noises. Not to mention, total hearing loss in left ear created terrible anxiety. One thing l was not aware of, with loss of hearing in one ear, it's impossible to detect where noises are coming from, very scary. One example, my dog ran after a fox and I couldn't tell what direction her barking was coming from. Luckily, she returned to me, but it was scary not being able to locate her. My first meeting with Dr. Ball was amazing, her calmness and explaining everything, put me at ease. She was able to give me crossover hearing aids that help with hearing. I am very thankful that our paths have crossed. Hearing Evaluation services should be very proud to have Dr. Ball on staff. Everyone in the office is kind and have great people skills. “Listen- if you need an amazing ENT surgeon, he is the one. You will wait hours in the waiting room, you will have to deal with the office staff. I have had two surgeries with him and can now actually breathe through my nose and no longer get sinus or tonsil infections. I think if you have chronic issues it might wear on you after a while, but if you have an issue that is an appointment or 2, I think he is worth it. I knew the deal before I made my appointment so I would check in and ask them to call me when he was ready for me. I would leave and go to Tim Hortons or Whole Foods for a bit and come back. Just be prepared.”
