DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Niagara Falls New York

Great service. Clean, comfortable room with a view of the river. Great shower, good breakfast buffet! Kids loved the indoor pool. I loved little touches like fruit infused water and coffee in lobby.

This is the best location if you're visiting the falls! We could walk out the back door and start walking in the Niagara Falls park trail. The hotel is newer, beautiful eating area, with a stunning outside eating area. We ate a full dinner and breakfast in the hotel. The pool was so relaxing. I will definitely come again!

Great location within walking distance of the falls. Check in was a little slow but staff was really nice. Try to get a room at the back of the hotel and upper floors to have a fantastic view of the Niagra River right before the Falls. Warm chocolate chip cookies with walnuts was a hit with my 10 year old and my wife. Room was standard with a little wear but really clean. Parking cost $15 a day but at the Falls it $30. Ate at the restaurant twice. First was dinner and service and food we're good. Lunch service the next day was poor. Waited to order drinks, waited to get drinks, waited to order food, waited to be served food. Could be a one off. Can't speak of the rate as I used Hilton Honors points for the room. My advice would be to stay at the DoubleTree and walk to the Red Coach Inn to eat.

The entire hotel went into survival mode when I sat in goose poop in my wedding dress. The bartender Erica was able to lend us some cleaner from her diaper bag in her car. The poop came out, white as snow, and we went back out to take more pictures! It was awesome! Rooms are gorgeous, king room as a sectional couch and they are perfect for bride and bridesmaids to get ready together. Whirlpool was my favorite though!

Had a good time staying there for 2 nights. I love the Spa! Breakfast steak was impressive! It’s a walking distance to the falls. (Wish they have a vent in the bathroom). Great river view from my room, see pic.
