Hampton Inn Niagara Falls

Hampton usually has a great hotel. This one was run down, and definitely not as clean as they usually are but to be fair it was very crowded. The staff are super, pleasant and very friendly.
The bed had a lot to be desired... Mattress seemed worn. They need to revamp the rooms, especially beds.
Hotel was near downtown, walking distance to everything so that was good.

Great hotel. Does the Hilton name and association justice. Nice and reasonably priced rooms. Clean. Well organized and friendly staff. Within ten minutes walking distance to Niagra Falls.

I was greeted very politely and treated like an honored guest. As a diamond member this is minimum expectation that isn't always fulfilled. Rooms were very nice and clean and it's within walking distance of the falls which is a bonus.

Great location. Close to everything at the falls. Safe to walk to illumination at falls in the evening. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Great service from desk. We were able to check in a little early, as they had a room available. Free parking.

The best one I stayed at in my entire USA trip. Good deal for that price. The rooms are very pretty inclusive of all amenities. Not very far from the falls. And breakfast spread is worth a mention.
