We called at 4 on a Saturday and found out this wasn't just any window that broke but a hard to locate window. We called other local glass repair places and (those that answered on Saturday at 5) all told us this glass couldn't be found locally. ASAP called local used places and eventually found it for us brand new and came and installed it for less than Safelite quoted. My neighbor was very impressed with the technician and the install and we couldn't he happier with the service we received. Definitely call ASAP first.”
