“very nice people. They were angels and did a fantastic work. The government should give them a annual bonus 1.000$ to thank them for the good work they are doing. God bless you all. vince”

“Go in with sick kids. Wait. Go in them get sent to x-ray. Great, check for pnemonia and all that. Come back drop off x-ray. Wonder after 30 mins why no one took it. Doors open so I ask (after they call 2 new names) sorry sir we can't take the x-ray papers back cause no new rooms. So you gave away the room I was in and took in new ppl after I dropped them off and was waiting 30 mins again? They're 2 small kids and it's 10 30 pm. Edit: after few mins doctor called us to the registration area and gave us prescription. She didn't have to do that as the rooms were full, nice of her. Thanks alot. Saved us some time to get the medicine tonight.”

“My four-year old and I stayed here for 10 days and we couldn't have asked for a better staff and service. They were kind, warm, aligned with each other and everything you'd want. The facilities were really nice too. There's a playroom, arts and crafts room, as well as portable entertainment stations. The food for my child was also very appropriate. The cafeteria food was well...uh... not healthy and can take a toll on a visitor after 10 days.”

“If you’re getting blood work done, this is the place to go. Parking is in the back. I can’t speak on emergency treatment, however.”

“the staff of the palliative care unit are excellent... I would have given it to five stars however the furniture that they have for families who are there to support their loved ones is very outdated, and I'm comfortable. In fact it's more than just uncomfortable if you have to spend any time in those chairs or on the sleepers you can expect to go visit your massage therapist, physiotherapist, and or chiropractor. in all fairness they should take some monies from one of the Charities and channel it into replacing the furniture in that unit... At a minimum put at least one good chair in each of the 10 rooms....”

“Reception is hard to contact sometimes, especially through phone, and the setup in the waiting area is horrendous. You have to pick a number and sit down and wait for your number to be called before you can go to the desk, even if it's just to tell them that you're there for your appointment. I've had times where I showed up to an appointment 10 minutes early, and my number wasn't called for 15 minutes, which then puts everything behind, because my doctor may be ready for me, but because I must wait for my number to check in at reception, the doctor doesn't know I'm there. I'm giving 4 stars because reception isn't great, but Dr. Lacelle is amazing. 10000% recommend her for anything you may need. I've never had a better doctor.”
