“I have been coming to this Mary Brown's franchise for several years now. I did have one minor problem in the past, which was resolved. Today, I was there again for my "monthly" 13-piece Feast." As always, when I returned home, I fill out the "Tell Mary" survey to get 15% off of my "Feast" next month. I did not receive a Validation Code. I tried several times with the survey. I accept that this is probably a problem only for this franchise, but I would like it to be investigated and explained. The receipts, and Mary Brown's sites all say that the discount is still valid. Apart from that, I am very satisfied with the food, portion size, service, and price.”
