“We intended to stay here one night on our way to drive the Cabot trail and it turned into 3 nights. The staff are amazing. Very friendly front desk and restaurant as well. Seafood chowder is a meal in itself. We stayed in two different cabins. The cabins are a bit dated but very clean and the beds are comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for a great stay!”

“Please note that google sends you to the motel nearby but the restaurant is near the Petro Canada on Trans Canada Highway. You can see on the front « friends united » but you won’t see the name of the Cafe. With that said, the restaurant is really a great little spot, the food is good and the ladies that runs that are sweet. German cakes looks like their specialities but we have yet to taste them! Stop by it’s worth it”

“I have been to many Tim’s but this one was best so far. We had an issue with the drink which was wrongly prepared by one of the staff and we asked for new one to other staff. His name was Gaurav as I asked him. He was so humble, best part was he apologize so sincerly and made us a fresh new drink very quickly with a smile. It was not even his fault but he fixed for us. We loved the service ❤️”

“I have been coming to this Mary Brown's franchise for several years now. I did have one minor problem in the past, which was resolved. Today, I was there again for my "monthly" 13-piece Feast." As always, when I returned home, I fill out the "Tell Mary" survey to get 15% off of my "Feast" next month. I did not receive a Validation Code. I tried several times with the survey. I accept that this is probably a problem only for this franchise, but I would like it to be investigated and explained. The receipts, and Mary Brown's sites all say that the discount is still valid. Apart from that, I am very satisfied with the food, portion size, service, and price.”

“Went to bring my kids to the go carts. We ate, food was great. Go carts were fun. Batting cages were slow and ran outtve balls so we couldn't continue hitting. Notified staff. Waited 15 Mins then left. Lots of the machines/games could use maintenance it seemed. But we still had a good time on account of the go carts and food”

“Breakfast with my daughter and her rowing mates post practice. Food was awesome. Freshly cooked, hot and not overly seasoned so you could actually taste the food. I had the fish cakes - as one would eat when on the east coast, with jalapeno toast. Lovely combination of flavours. Friendly, happy staff.”

“My family of 5 decided to try this spot as everyone wanted something a little different for dinner after a long drive into town. Spaghetti - meat sauce was ok. Had a good kick, but tasted a bit greasy and like it had some canned tomato sauce in it or ketchup? Lasagna - excellent flavour! Kid ate her whole plate and wouldn't share another bite 😋 Pizza - chicken, mushroom, banana peppers - good topping coverage, good thickness on crust, nice and fluffy, well cooked. Generous with the cheese! (Although a bit on the lower quality) Sauce was very good flavour. Donair - very good sauce, lots of fresh veggies, meat a bit dry in a couple places, bread was too tough, but very good portions though! Overall very good, especially for the price :) worth checking out!”

“Very nice menu. Well-prepared appetizers and mains. Nice wines by the glass. Skilled service. Small off street parking lot. No loud techno rap music interfered with conversation! One of the nicer dining experiences we had in twelve days of travel in the Maritimes and in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. We were thankful that the menu wasn't the usual fried and battered this and that frozen seafood....”

“Awesome food and friendly staff. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the styrofoam takeout containers as I personally don't think they're good to serve food in, especially if it's hot food. Get some paper takeout dishes and I'll change to 5 stars! Again this place is great, it's just the takeout containers!”

“We normally go thru drive-thru but it wasn't able to do debits there so I went in. There were 3 ppl working a lunchtime shift. I always check bag bf I leave to make sure what I ordered is there. I was shocked that 6 chicken tenders were almost 24$ and that's not a meal deal. And they're all crunch no chicken. Most of it got thrown for the cats. And this isn't just this KFC. It's all of them. Prices have gone up, quality gone way down. It's too bad bc I loved KFC.”
