“My partner and I had finally decided to carve out a place that we could call our own. We didn't know the first thing about buying real estate, and so we knew we needed an expert to help guide our journey. With confidence in our guide, we began our journey, eventually coming to everyone's first major challenge: what to put as an offer on a property. The situation felt a bit dicey at times, specifically when it came to locking in the financing, and I must have called Kevin over a dozen times, worried that the financing would not come through, or that the home inspection wouldn't work, and each time he would calm me down and reassure me that this was all part of the process and lo and behold, everything worked out great! When it came to finally taking over the property, Kevin gave us a final tour of the property to make sure everything was in order and surprised my partner and I with a housewarming gift! We had nothing but a positive experience with Kevin and would recommend him to anyone looking for a property, not just in HRM, but in all of Nova Scotia!”
