“My partner, our little dog, and I booked a two-week stay in the on-site trailer and have absolutely loved our stay at Ravens Rest. The trailer is very clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and affordable, within absolutely incredible view of the Stewiacke River. The owners are super helpful and friendly (as are their three sweet dogs), and it's been so lovely waking up to the sound of the river every morning and watching the wildlife as we enjoy our morning coffee. Highly recommend a stay at Ravens Rest.”

“Amazing ocean views with cavorting seals! Dave and Trina are wonderful hosts. Sites are clean and several are located right by the waterfront. Firewood is below average in cost, above average in size and is delivered to your site with newspaper and kindling. Wifi was poor but Trina assured us that this is a temporary issue that the provider is going to fix. Site fees were very reasonable.”

“This is an amazing place! The staff are super friendly, and kind with the kids. Anything we forgot to bring, they had at the office/canteen. There are so many things to do we didn't even get to do all of them! The facilities are spotless. They have grounds people doing rounds and making sure everything is good. Night time was quite and easy to sleep even in a tent. Lots are a great size! I can not say enough great things about this place!!! We will be going back for sure and you should definitely go!!!!”

We came over from Acadia University as a group of 8 campers this past weekend and the experience exceeded our expectations. Lisa, Laurie and campground staff were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The campground itself was relaxing with a great atmosphere, and the beach, absolutely gorgeous. We've already booked our next trip back!”

Five Islands Ocean Resort & RV Campground

Address: 482 Hwy 2, Lower Five Islands, NS B0M 1N0, Canada

“Way overpriced for what you get. We paid premium for a oceanfront RV spot. It was a beautiful view but good luck trying to enjoy it. They squeeze the RVs in like sardines. It's horrible to back into the spot. Dogs were "suppose" to be on leash. Not the case..owners don't monitor campground. Dogs were running around everywhere eating people's food. Yes, nice view but not worth the loud kids and roaming dogs.”
