“This sounds strange as a 3/5 rating....because the staff and services are second to none.....however, for me, the ambiance and "feel" of a spa are equally as important. This new location on the Bedford highway is definitely NOT in keeping with the upscale service. Its an "OK" spot but the lounge feels dark and not in a relaxing way....it's just not the same "feel" as the previous location. In fact, its such a different feel that I've asked my husband to not get my annual spa gift card from Embrace anymore.”
