They did not want to take any chances on a range burner that seemed to be failing intermittently within the first few weeks, so they simply replaced it. That says to me that they wanted to make sure that our experience is problem free if possible. When comparing to a recent experience with Home Depot, my 5 week wait for parts and slow service for new appliances, I was quite impressed.”
