I REALLY needed to cash a large cheque and pay a bill immediately and it was freezing cold and I had my toddler son with me. I walked in and the lady explained the situation and saw I was frustrated (even though it was a quiet "aww MAN kind of frustrated and not a yelling, ridiculous frustrated) even though she had no wicket, was not logged in, and wasn't supposed to be helping, she deposited the cheque, taking the hold off of it so I could immediately pay the bill at the ATM.
