“Not a bad airline. Not much in the way of customer perks. Like most airlines, customer service seems to be secondary. Not overly competitive and it is usually easier to find a cheaper flight with an alternative carrier. They do have some convenient direct flights internationally, so for a few hundred extra dollars you can save the hassle of changing planes.”
