Great nachos. Delicious flavours. A little more layering would be nice, but tasty.
I’m so impressed by what they put out of this kitchen!!
Great place to get some cider! Has a modern/hipster vibe. Staff was helpful in making some cider recommendations. Be sure to try the Scoby Snax; it had delicious flavors of strawberry and mint that was so unique in a cider!
For anyone who thinks all ciders taste the same, try the Chain Yard’s flight of ciders. They were all delicious and incredibly different. We also ordered food and it was great.
They had great live music of thrush day evening, and our server was so kind and friendly.
We had such a good experience we returned the next day for a pint.
Their ciders are quite tasty and more varied than I expected. I also liked the view of the canning process right when you walk in, very cool to see behind the scenes. However, the oysters were not great - sauces were nice but the oysters were small and lacking in flavour. There was also a slight issue with the preparation, as there were some shell shards that got into our mouths - nothing dangerous but unpleasant nonetheless. Grab some cider and skip the oysters.
Great spot with so many cider options. It was hard to choose just one! Their food was delicious! A little on the pricey side. I was going into it thinking it was pub prices but the portions were pretty big. I wished they had more photos of their food to help me decide… so hopefully I can help you :)
