“This building is great! The staff are friendly and the online portal is easy to navigate for making payments and maintenance requests. The rooftop patio is the largest I’ve found in the city! My only suggestion is that the garbage dumbster area outside could be organized more efficiently and the area around the dumbsters could be cleaned up more regularly. This isn’t a deal breaker but it can be a nuisance. That said, it seems like a few positive changes are starting to be made. For example, additional green bins were brought inside which makes composting a bit easier. Overall it’s quiet, modern, and is reasonably priced. I would give it five stars if the garbage disposal layout was improved.”
