Argued with me about the problem, and once it was finally corrected and they received payment never bothered to let me know. Even know I have been working with the billing clerk back and forth many times.”

Inviting reception, a warm and assuring prep by the assistant and total professional care by the dentist. A short but needed follow up was treated with respect and acted upon quickly.
