“I have been seeing my GP for quite a while and sincerely appreciate all the work the front desk staff do to assist the patients. I had a difficult discussion with one of the receptionists this morning regarding a missed appointment, but the receptionist kindly called me back after the call ended to apologize and clarify the matter. The staff at this clinic are severely overworked and met with difficult patients daily, so this type of retroactive action was very appreciated.”

“Some of the negative reviews below are misleading, possibly meant for somewhere else in the building. We are a family of four, and have never had a problem reaching the doctors office for our needs. The residents are professional and thorough. I truly get the sense that the staff care. After several years on a medication, they asked me to do bloodwork to make sure the medication wasn't harming my body, even though I had no side effects. It's those little thoughtful moments that make this clinic a winner. We have been so lucky to have Spryfield Family medicine as our physician team!”

“The office is clean and nice. The dentist and hygienists were nice and professional. Too bad they messed up on my billing for over 7 months... they submitted my daughter with another insurance. Argued with me about the problem, and once it was finally corrected and they received payment never bothered to let me know. Even know I have been working with the billing clerk back and forth many times.”

“I just joined this club and have been quite happy here. They are very nice and I feel welcome. They have a variety of people to practice with, ranging from white to black belt. They seem to do everything they can to make everyone feel comfortable and safe. They have fun traditions (birthday throws) that acknowledge members and increase camaraderie. It's a fun place to train and I've learned some nice techniques so far.”

“I really like my doctor. I’ve had Dr. Photopolus since I was about 11 or so. He’s very kind and can usually fit me in his very busy schedule. Just make sure you call before you go in. The receptionist is always very nice to me. I struggled to make appointments for a long time and stick to them, but Dr. Photopolus really helped me feel more comfortable with coming in to him.
