“Jared and Aaron didn't leave me hanging when my sewer line was plugged. I called them to get a video inspection done after and attempt to snake my drain failed. I called several place, most did not answer, and one that did said it would be almost a week before they could get here. I called these guys late in the business day on a Monday and they said that they were fully booked for Tuesday but would be in my area so they could squeeze me in. They came did the inspection and when it was found that the blockage was on the city side, rather than just bill me for the inspection and leave, they went the extra mile, called the city and got the approval on my behalf to unblock the line and had the city cover it. Service and professionalism that is missing in so many places these days is found here. Highly recommend them to anybody.”

Where Brush Hour really separates itself from the competition though is how responsive and communicative Troy is. He worked very hard to have the job done on a tight timeline. “We had major root problems on the city side of our sewar pipe. The city sent in Cornell to rectify the situation. Impressed is an understatement of my experience. The crew (Jarred and Josh) were very polite, professional and did great work. They were punctual and answered all of my questions (I was quite curious). ZERO MESS!!! They also provided me with video proof I can provide to my insurance (the get coverage). I don't leave many reviews, and never heard of them before they showed up at my door. That said, I would recommend them in a heartbeat.”
