“Matt responded to an ad for help on a local community page less than an hour after it was posted for a slow draining kitchen sink. He then made plans to come out the next morning (on a Saturday). He let me know when he was on the way and showed up promptly after he called. He was pleasant, professional and got the job done quickly and made sure to triple check it was fixed before he left. “Mike was very responsive when I called after a pipe burst recently in my furnace room. He talked me through shutting off the water from the well and explained what needed to be done after I sent him a photo. He was there fixing the pipe leak within 2 hours and I was very happy with his skill and assessment of the problem. He also looked at my gas connections as my home is heated by a propane furnace. “We called Halifax Plumbing and Heating to re-install our dishwasher and hook up our new sink after our cabinets were replaced. First off, the individual they have coordinating the call-outs and answering the phone was very kind and helpful, as we don’t have much experience in this area. They were extremely accommodating after having to reschedule at the last minute due to a misunderstanding on our end about the countertop installation. They were able to come out on the next business day and sent G and her apprentice Rob. G and Rob were professional and did an amazing job hooking everything up for us. It looks so clean and we are thrilled to have a functioning sink again :) they also walked us through how to test our dishwasher in detail for when we have the power hooked up to it. We will definitely call them in the future when we require a plumber and highly recommend others to do so as well. Thanks so much!”

“Jared and Aaron didn't leave me hanging when my sewer line was plugged. I called them to get a video inspection done after and attempt to snake my drain failed. I called several place, most did not answer, and one that did said it would be almost a week before they could get here. I called these guys late in the business day on a Monday and they said that they were fully booked for Tuesday but would be in my area so they could squeeze me in. They came did the inspection and when it was found that the blockage was on the city side, rather than just bill me for the inspection and leave, they went the extra mile, called the city and got the approval on my behalf to unblock the line and had the city cover it. Service and professionalism that is missing in so many places these days is found here. Highly recommend them to anybody.”
