I just had another repair (different part) and Lee came to service this unit, under warranty. He was also excellent and extraordinary! The labor invoice was delivered professionally with several easy options to pay and a receipt was provided promptly. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, professional and just all round great. We asked a lot of people for recommendations and read a lot of online reviews. JonesCo ticked all of the boxes. JonesCo is a quality locally-owned and managed company. Their attention to detail is excellent, and the results show just how good they are at what they do. Considering we were building during a pandemic with labour shortages and supply chain delays, there were very few issues. When there were , they were dealt with promptly and professionally. Our home was completed before the anticipated date (through COVID). Our experience with this builder has been nothing but positive. Both experiences we exceptional along with their quality of work. We have a very complex roof with 7 peaks and a large pitch, 2 covered decks, all of which looks great.
