Great, local small business. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Self serve dog wash bay is a great service. A bit low on such last time I was in though in line with any other store in the area since COVID struck the supply chains. They make up for it though with great sales and coupons. I'm happy to give them my business rather than the giant big box stores.

Helpful staff. Alot of out of stocks. I like to support local. Hopefully the owners or the supply chain will address these out of stock soon.

Store is very well organized and the staff was very helpful, we couldn’t find something, and they didn’t carry it so they ordered it right there on the spot for us ! Very happy with the service !

Great selection, great layout. The only reason why I gave them four stars is because the two cashiers were too engaged in conversation to answer my questions. Other than that, it's the only place I like going, and trust going, to get all my animal foods.

Unbelievable service! Every time we step in we are warmly greeted even now by name and know our dogs dietary needs. Once my husband and I went in to buy our puppy Gizmo his first ever bed, upon purchase we found it was not the correct one for him, absolutely no trouble in returning and when the following day a new shipment arrived Lindsay remembered my name and personally called to let me know a new shipment was there. Talk about going above and beyond!! Thank you for such service, knowledge and compassion for our fur babies and us.
