“I've visited a few times over the past few weeks, and beyond being greeted with a hello, there is not much for service. In fact, when I did ask for help regarding a product, the staff members could do little more than read the box. When purchasing multiple items and browsing a long time, never been asked if I needed help finding anything or had any questions, even if spending awhile choosing. No bag was offered, even to purchase, despite buying half a dozen items. Staff were more interested in talking to each other about some local drama than assisting customers but was able to find all the products I wanted and store was very clean, aside from some stock haphazardly strewn across aisles.”

Then, the other staffer was quick to help me find what I was looking for and opened the box to allow me to examine the item to determine if it was going to work for my pet! 10 out of 10 for that! “We got our first bird ever with It's A Bird's Life Aviary, Darlene was amazing to work with. The adoption process was very thorough, it was comforting to know the great amount of passion behind the breeding of her birds. She was very knowledgeable and helpful when getting ready for the bird, bringing home the bird and following up afterwards, we plan to go back for trims and boarding when necessary. Very reputable and I'm thankful I seeked out a breeder instead of PetSmart.”
