“very upset with my stay this time. It was not my first time staying at this motel and it will not be my last. But my room was so cold I told the owner and she was very apologetic and handled my complaint very professional very pleased with her response but I probably still won't book during winter months. All-n-all the owner will go above and beyond to satisfy her guest. Greatly appreciated. See you in the summer!”
