I had a full colour as well as Nancy was very good to ask me my preferences and show me colours, and executed the colour perfectly. She was SO gentle and it was very relaxing and felt terrific. “Friendly and efficient service. They really take the time to explain and advise on my vehicle. When I ask about preventing known issues that come up as my vehicle ages, they often have knowledge about how to save me money on repairs. Love the text reminders for appointments and notifications of the car being ready for pick up. They are always organized and it's unlikely for things to slip between the cracks as they can so often at other places. I also like the downtown Windsor location because it means there are things to do if waiting to pick up.”
