“This Tim Horton's is connected to the Wendy’s in the same building. We have been to the Tims multiple times but the Wendy’s only one. The staff at the Tim Horton’s always seems to be distracted, poor providers of customer service, and generally clued out on what they are supposed to be doing. You have to hand-feed them what they have to do most of the time. We have been there before and waited in line ten minutes to even have them notice we were there. (There were no other customers in the restaurant, so it's not like we blended in with anyone else.) This recent visit was a combination of the previous behaviour, and a surprisingly really professional and impressive behavior by one of the staff. I was impressed she even worked there. Very friendly, helpful, and she knew what she was doing. Miracles never cease. We will keep coming back occasionally anyhow, just because it’s a Tims in this neighbourhood.”
