wh motel / Wheelhouse Motel

Easy walking into the town. Really cool artwork in the room. Family of deer were grazing in the back of the units when I was there last September. Cool!

The wonderful lady at the check in was super nice and friendly and took the time to explain all the sites as well as providing a map with every location marked for easier reference , my room was fresh and clean and I felt like I was staying at a friend’s place , some stated the place was dated but I don’t think so I think it’s part of the charm of the rooms, comfy beds lots of towels just felt like I was where I was supposed to be and so closed to everything, who could ask for more ?

Clean rooms although a little dated. Sheets could use some whitening but clean. Very nice people and great to see the deer out in the garden.

Rooms are clean as was the bathroom. Very quite and only a 7 minute walk to dinner. Rooms are dated . I would come here again. Price was great

A nice big motel with lots of rooms, friendly check in.
Nice that the artwork in the rooms is a colourful photograph of the town and the is available for sale at the hotel and was taken by the owner.
Rooms were very functional which included a desk, a table, some chairs, small fridge, TV, microwave, and in-room coffee maker.
Breakfast was not included, nice area out back where you can sit under the shade of the trees.
